Chris Brown is facing a court hearing after completing some time in rehab. He found himself in custody in California after violating the rules and regulations of his rehabilitation.
According to Us Weekly, Brown was “cooperative” at the time of his arrest on March 14. Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, did not respond to inquiries on the most recent issue.
Chris Brown, 24, has had a troubled few years. An altercation in Washington, DC in 2009 seems to be the first issue. Brown and his legal team plead guilty to felony assault for an attack on singer Rihanna before the 2009 Grammy Awards, according to the Associated Press. After the fight, Brown was sent to rehab to participate in an anger-management program.
Brown's probation was scheduled to end this August. There are many parts to his rehabilitation program, though, and Brown still has to complete 750 hours of community labor. It’s likely that his program will extend beyond August.
Brown began his career in 2005 with his album, Chris Brown. More recent efforts include the Grammy Award winning, F.A.M.E., Fortune, and X.
