The king of shock-rock Alice Cooper will have his documentary Super Duper Alice Cooper movie premiered at this year’s Tribeca Film Festival.
Noisecreep reported the documentary has just been announced that it will officially premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival this year. The 13th Annual Tribeca Film Festival takes place April 16-27 at various New York locations and an official screening date will be announced shortly. The festival also announced the rest of the films it will be screening this year.
Super Duper Alice Cooper tracks the life of Vincent Furnier, AKA Alice Cooper, and in the one minute trailer shows the ups, downs, and insanity of playing the part of Alice, which soon overtook his life and lead him to treatment for alcohol abuse.
Alice Cooper is still very active having just recently been added to the bill for Motley Crue’s farewell tour The Final Tour, which will hit North America with 72 shows this summer.
