2. Miley Cyrus
2013 was the year of the Miley. Cyrus took over TV’s and radios with her new album and shocking new look and attitude. She drastically tried to shake off her Hannah Montana image by embracing a new sexually charged personality that showed her true image and new sound. Earlier this week, Cyrus debuted her naked cover for W Magazine. She also posted multiple photos on her Instagram that are very racy. She has been very open about her marijuana use and alcohol consumption, but shows no signs of abuse. Cyrus is set to begin her Bangerz Tour later this month.
