“Valentine, you’re the bomb!” What better way to say this than with a Valentine bath bomb?
Wrap a bath bomb with black tissue paper. Twist a few pipe cleaners into a handle and slide it into the scrunched end of the tissue paper. Of course, you can’t finish it without saying, “You’re the bomb!”
