'General Hospital' weekly recap: Week of 2/17-2/21

In her apartment, Obrecht screamed at the phone and missed her “funny Valentine.” Later, Victor showed up with some chocolates. She wasn’t pleased so he offered her some emeralds instead. She put her nose up at that as well and asked him to find out what happened to her Faison because she was sure something was amiss. Victor replied that he didn't understand her interest and then dropped hints that Robin would be disappearing again. Obrecht then called Robin an “irritating twit” who loves being contrary. He then explained that he had given the doctor the chance to revive Jason. She was pleased that he had made use of the information she had given him. They then contemplated ruining the Scorpios and then she got flirty. They then dug into the chocolates.

Brad arrived at Felix's place with red and white wine. They smooched and then Brad gave him a CD of his favorite music. Moved by this, Felix felt bad and confessed that the paternity test wasn't for the cops but for him and Elizabeth. Felix then added that they didn't tell Brad because they were afraid he would tamper with the results. Felix then said that the paternity test showed that Dante was Ben’s dad. Felix then wondered if Brad had known this all along. Brad then confessed that he did know... not only that, he knew a whole lot more!

When Nikolas got to Wyndemere, Britt explained that there was something that she needed to tell him about Elizabeth. She backtracked and then just told him about her stealing the hairbrush. When she went off to get ready for dinner, Nikolas showed the ring he got to Ben. When Britt returned, she found the ring waiting on her plate. He then dropped to his knees and popped the question. Britt broke into tears but said she couldn't. Slowly, she told him about the paternity test that Elizabeth ran, finally explaining that Dante was Ben's father. Nikolas hoped she wasn't aware it was Dante's sample she used to get pregnant. She blamed everything on her mom and insisted that she didn't know. He replied that he was sure that they could work things out with Dante and promises that no one would take Ben away from her.

Elizabeth arrived at Dante and Lulu's with news about Britt. Lulu said that they already knew that Nikolas was proposing to Britt. After hearing that, Elizabeth had to sit down. Lulu talked up Britt and Elizabeth began to look increasingly uncomfortable. Dante suddenly got a call and had to run off. Lulu then asked Elizabeth if she was still in love with Nikolas, but Elizabeth denied that and insisted that Britt was just “a nightmare.” Elizabeth then listened as Lulu talked about how she couldn't handle Dante having a baby with another woman.

At GH, Carly sat by Franco's bedside and begged him to wake up. After she yelled, his eyes opened and she called a doctor in. He told Franco to rest and then left. Carly then reminded Franco of what happened to him and told him that she was on his side. Then, Carly remembered about Luke and called Dante over. When he arrived, she told him about the two guys who came after her and knocked Luke out before dragging him away. Then, Dante left. Carly then rested her head on Franco and he told her that this was all his and his mother's fault. She then assured him that he was nothing like Heather.

Back at Lulu and Dante’s, Elizabeth decided that she had to leave without telling about Ben, but before she could, Dante barged in with news. Yet, before he could tell Lulu about Luke, Nikolas arrived.

At home, Robin hid a picture of Jason as Patrick came home. He told her that he was ready to celebrate the holiday. She then said, "I'm leaving Port Charles” and explained that she was heading back to Africa. He was confused so she told him it was Obrecht's fault. Robin then said that she could only keep him and Emma safe if she left. Patrick wouldn't settle for this excuse and offered to disappear in Africa with her and Emma. Robin refused and reminded him that he was having a child with Sabrina. He replied that he wouldn't let a baby dictate the future of their family. "What if I don't want to be a family anymore?" she asked. He was shocked. She claimed that she was just “faking it” by trying to be a family. Patrick thought she must be suffering from PTSD given her ordeal but she refuted that argument and begged him to just let her go.

Ava and Morgan woke up in a hotel bed. She was happy, but he wanted more than a few hours in a hotel room. Ava then said that she was sure once Sonny had verified that the information she had given him about Julian was legit, they could be together.

Patrick didn’t believe Robin’s story about not wanting to be a family anymore and demanded the truth and she finally admitted that Jason was alive. She then explained how Victor Cassadine showed up as the new head of the WSB and told her Jason was pulled from the water after Faison shot him. Patrick then realized that she was going to abandon him and Emma without telling them the truth. "I can’t believe you are doing this to us again!" he screamed. She asked him to try to understand and he sarcastically said that he did… that Jason was the most important person to Robin. He then reminded her how two years ago she was willing to die and leave him alone with Emma, for Jason. He recounted how he begged her not to go into that lab but she did anyway. Robin replied that this wasn’t about abandoning him, it was about saving someone who had never let her down. "And I have?" he shot back. She then told Patrick that she loved him and he asked her to prove it by staying.

At Sonny’s Metro Court office, he and Shawn went over the information Ava brought had given them. They saw that Julian had been tracking Corinthos business for months. An article about Jason’s death caught Sonny’s eye and he realized that Julian had been keeping tabs on his people for a long time. He then saw something that made him and Shawn stop in their tracks. Sonny then wanted to see Ava immediately!

At Ava’s, Julian wondered if he could accept Lucas' homosexuality. Ava returned and he demanded to know what she did with his laptop. Ava then accused Alexis of trying get between them, but Julian thought it was more likely that Ava was trying to double cross him. He then told her, sister or not, if she pushed him up against a wall he'd take her out. Ava shit back to Julian that she would do what she had to do to survive. She then got a text from Sonny and left.

At GH, Lucas labored over sending a Valentine’s Day text to Brad, editing it over and over before he finally hit send. Then, Morgan joined him and they talked about Carly and Franco’s recovery and relationship. Morgan didn’t think it was any weirder than him being with Ava. Then, their talk turned to Julian and Lucas told Morgan that he didn’t take the fact he was gay very well, but Lucas was thinking about giving Julian a chance. Morgan wanted Lucas to know who he was dealing with and told him about Julian’s threats to his loved ones. They then talked about their love lives and Lucas admitted that there was a guy that he liked.

At home, Felix asked Brad how bad things were with Britt’s baby lies. Brad slammed down a drink, then asked for a refill. Felix then saw the Valentine’s Day text come through from Lucas and asked who he was. Brad told him Lucas was a non-gay friend, but then Felix saw the half-naked picture of Lucas in Brad’s bed from earlier in the week. Then, Brad admitted they met at The Floating Rib and one thing led to another, but Brad never thought he would see Lucas again. Felix wanted to know if it was just once, but Brad told him it was more than that. Felix then asked Brad to leave.

Nikolas burst into Dante and Lulu’s place with Britt and demanded that they hear her side about Dante being Ben’s father. A shocked Dante asked them to repeat the news and Britt offered to explain. Then, Elizabeth interjected that Britt stole Dante’s sperm from the lab. Britt admitted that she did it, but that she was in a really bad place after Patrick dumped her. She then told them that her mother came up with the plan to get pregnant, and Britt went along with it. Britt then said that she just found out Dante was Ben’s father today, which Elizabeth scoffed at. They then make arrangements for Dante to see the baby in the morning and then Nikolas and Britt left. Then, Elizabeth explained that she said nothing because Lulu had just told her how upsetting it would be for Dante to have a baby with someone else. She left Dante and Lulu with the results. Outside, Nikolas got down on one knee again and asked Britt to marry him as Elizabeth sadly watched. Inside, Lulu assured Dante that this was amazing news and that his son was going to be a part of both of their lives.

Ava returned to Sonny’s office and he asked her who she answered to. "No one," she shot back to him and Shawn. Sonny then told her that Julian's records showed that his media empire has a money man and that someone else has been bankrolling their organization for years.

Back at Ava’s, Julian got a call. "Speak of the devil," he replied.
Kevin and Lucy were in the hospital elevator discussing the ball. He promised that he would be there for her this year. When the door opened, Franco was staring at them. He started hurling insults at Kevin as Lucy wandered off and Kevin wheeled Franco down the hall. Kevin apologized but then the conversation soon moved to Scott.

Down the hall, Patrick looked glum when Lucy found him and reminded him about the planning committee about this year’s Nurses’ Ball. She babbled on about it until she noticed that Robin wasn't around. He tried to walk away but she followed him. Finally, he told her that Robin wouldn't be there for the ball. She assumed this must be about Sabrina and then stuttered about how things always work out like between her and Kevin. Lucy then headed down the hall and found Kevin and Franco discussing Scott. They wondered where he was. Lucy then changed the topic and ran away. Meanwhile, Kevin told Franco that they needed to do more work. Franco replied that he should be more concerned about his wife and her interest in her ex.

At home, Robin left a message for Patrick, begging him to call her back. Later, Elizabeth arrived to break the news about Nikolas' engagement and about the stolen sperm. Elizabeth then told Robin how appalled she was that Nikolas was still smitten with Britt after all of this. Robin then asked her if she was still in love with Nikolas and Elizabeth admitted that she was. "He's not married yet," Robin reminded her, encouraging her to just tell Nikolas how she felt. Once Elizabeth left, Patrick arrived and told Robin that they needed to go and see her mom.

In the PCPD interrogation room, Anna wanted to know what Heather did with Luke. Heather wasn't being forthcoming so Anna offered to make a deal with her. After Heather claimed there was nothing she wants, Anna pulled out a BLT from Kelly's. Heather wants it, but Anna said that she wanted information first. "I'm not that hungry after all," shot back Heather. Anna then stuffed her face with the sandwich and went on and on about the bacon until Heather caved.

Lulu woke up in her bed from a nightmare about Dante, Ben and Britt playing happy family. Then, Tracy showed up and ranted about Anna aka “Police Commissioner “Slim.” Tracy then told Lulu how she planned to put a GPS in Luke when he got back. Sitting down, Lulu told Tracy about Ben. Tracy then reminds her of all the “orphans and interlopers” she's had in her family. "Family is who you want to be family," she told Lulu, assuring her that she could make things work.

Tracy showed up at the PCPD to rant at Anna, who explained that Heather confessed and they knew where Luke was. Then, Lucy rushed in and starts ranting about Scott, who Anna told her was apparently being held in the same place as Luke.

Britt and Nikolas were in his bed. She was glowing about the ring he gave her. They made out and then pondered how involved Dante would want to be in Ben's life. Then, Spencer barged in and demanded an answer about the proposal. Britt showed him the ring and he began dancing, said that he was excited to finally have a mom and ran off. Once she got dressed, Britt worried that Dante would try to Ben away from her. Nikolas was sure she'd be fine because she didn't lie about anything. He then suggested that she take Ben to see Dante and they could work out a custody agreement. Once she left, Elizabeth showed up at Wyndemere and walked in on Nikolas as he was getting dressed.

Dante dropped by Sonny’s office. He spilled the complicated baby news. Dante told Sonny that he knew that he had plenty of time to make memories with Ben, but worried about Lulu and all the memories this would bring back. Sonny told him that having a child was a gift. "But will I still have a wife?" Dante replied. Sonny advised him to give Lulu some credit.

When Dante got home, he asked Lulu how he could make things easier on her. She suggested they head over to Wyndemere to see Ben. He thought she was amazing, but said that they needed to focus on finding her father first. Before they left, Britt arrived with Ben.

Patrick came home and told Robin that he wouldn’t be handing her over to the Cassadines. They argued about her plans, he thought it all sounded too dangerous and that they should talk to her mom. Robin replied that she couldn't just let Jason die. As Patrick tried to drag her out the door to go see Anna, Victor barged in. "My wife is not going to help you," Patrick growled at him. Victor wasn't thrilled that Robin had told Patrick the truth, thus violating the conditions of his offer and this meant that Jason may be “toast.” Heading for the door, he reminded Robin that she had until tomorrow to decide. Robin felt like she'd made a deal with the devil, but she wouldn't let Patrick change her mind.

Anna and her crew showed up at Miscavige and demanded to see Luke and Scott. She threatened to charge the clerk if he didn't co-operate. He caved and brings her to the room where Luke and Scott were being held. She found them unconscious in a pile. Scott seemed dopey but okay, but Luke wasn't doing as well.

Lucy and Tracy paced at the PCPD and worried. Tracy wondered why Lucy cared so much about Scott. Tracy cut short Lucy’s lengthy recap of the history of Lucy's womb, but then tore into each other. They were interrupted by a call informing them that Scott and Luke were headed for GH. They shoved each other as they headed for the door.

Britt showed up at Dante and Lulu's with baby Ben. She then got a text and had to head to GH to cover for someone. Dante offered to babysit. Britt agreed and left Ben with Dante and Lulu, who stood back and watched as Dante held the baby. They told Ben how lucky he was and Lulu noticed that he had Dante's chin. She then got a call about Luke being at GH. Lulu told Dante to stay there with the baby. As he fed Ben Cheerios, he wished he was Lulu's kid too.

At GH, Sabrina and Epiphany wondered why Lucy didn't bother showing up for the Nurses' Ball meeting. Sabrina told Epiphany that she wasn't sure she wanted to take part this year. “It's all kind of awkward since Patrick knocked you up,” Epiphany said and then added that everyone already knew all about it. Sabrina then said she had an appointment. When she went down the hall to meet Dr. Chu, she was startled to see that Britt was filling in for her. She assured Britt that she wouldn’t be using her baby to win Patrick back. Slowly, Britt apologized to Sabrina for trying to get between her and Patrick. Sabrina accepted the apology and said it was all in the past. They then looked at the baby together and Britt cooed about Ben. As they scheduled Sabrina's next appointment, Sabrina noticed the massive ring on Britt's finger. She wished Britt good luck with Nikolas.

Meanwhile, Scott and Luke were being wheeled through the hall and lectured by Epiphany. Scott wanted to get back to work but Anna insisted that he be examined first. Then, Tracy and Lucy arrived. Tracy began yelling at Luke, but he was pretty out of it. Then, Lulu arrived to see Luke. He blankly assured her that he was fine. Meanwhile, Lucy pulled Scott into a corner and admitted that she didn't know what she would do if she lost him.

Nikolas came out of the shower in his towel and found Elizabeth waiting for him in his room. As he got dressed, she gave herself a pep talk. Nikolas returned with his pants on and she explained that she was there about his engagement. "Please don't marry her," she begged. "I'm in love with you," she finally admitted. He walked to the other side of the room and then asked her to repeat that. Elizabeth then told him how afraid she was to make the same mistakes again, that she did the wrong thing before but needed to do the right thing now. Nikolas replied that he had waited a long time to hear her say all of this. He then reminded her that she told him to move on and he had. Since there was nothing else to say, Elizabeth left.

Sam ran into Julian at GH. Julian knew it was the anniversary of her brother Danny’s death today and he knew what she had to do for him. He then told her that Lucas had agreed to give him a chance and he hoped Sam would do the same. He then said that he had been doing research on the disease her brother had, that they’ve made great strides in finding a cure and made a donation in his name. He handed Sam the certificate. Sam then gave Julian a big hug and a heartfelt thanks. He then wished her and Silas luck in New York.

At home, Molly made plans to meet TJ. Alexis arrived with Danny, pumped for a slumber party. Molly told her she was spending the night at her friend’s house to study for the SATs. Alexis told Molly how proud she was of her and asked her to come to her if she had any problems. Then, a car horn honked outside and Alexis gave Molly one last big hug. Later, Alexis commented to Danny that she was Molly’s age when she got pregnant with Sam and was glad Molly was more sensible than she is now, especially about Julian. Then, the doorbell rang. It was Julian and she let him in to see Danny.

TJ tried to book a hotel room at The Metro Court. He told Olivia that Shawn was having a girl over but she called him out as the one trying to “get lucky.” She knew that he wanted to do something nice for Molly but wanted them to be safe. She then told TJ that she was younger than Molly when she had Dante and TJ promised Olivia that Molly wouldn’t get pregnant. Olivia gave him the “friends and family” rate for the room and some extra money back to order room service. Then, Shawn walked up and Olivia covered for TJ, saying he was looking for some extra hours at the hotel to help pay for college. Shawn was so glad he was being responsible and said that his father would be proud, like Shawn was. Later, Molly arrived. Molly promised Olivia that she loves TJ and she was where she wants to be. Olivia still urged her to be careful.

At GH, Silas asked Kiki to keep an eye on Rafe Jr. while she crashed at his place. She told him that Michael was mad at her for trusting Franco. Silas didn’t want to give relationship advice but thought Michael probably didn’t trust her and she should ask for forgiveness. Kiki thought Michael should ask for her for forgiveness. Then, Sam arrived and Kiki asked how things were going with “Uncle Julian.” Sam admitted that Julian did something wonderful but she was just trying to navigate the new father thing. Kiki said that she could relate. Then, Rafe Jr. arrived and Silas gave him money to take Kiki out to dinner.

Michael visited Sonny at his office. He told Sonny that Kiki was hurt that he didn’t believe her when she said Franco was innocent. Sonny reminded Michael that he almost lost his brother over this girl so maybe he should try again and that Michael has always been better at forgiveness than he was. Michael then worried that they jumped into a relationship too fast and he made a mistake. Sonny told him that Franco did save Carly, so if Kiki didn’t help him Carly might be dead. Michael replied that he just couldn’t trust her and wondered what else she had lied about. Sonny then asked Michael what his gut said but he replied that didn’t know. Then, Michael left and Shawn arrived to tell Sonny that he found out who has been bankrolling Julian.

At home, Robin told Patrick that when the plane left tomorrow, she’ll be on it. Patrick urged her to stay and Mac and Emma walked in during a very heated moment. Mac scooted Emma into the kitchen for hot chocolate and Patrick told Robin that if she was leaving she had to tell Mac and Emma. Robin pleaded with him to help her so Emma saw them as a united front. Mac and Emma returned. Robin told them both that she was leaving to help sick people in Africa. Emma didn’t want her to go and asked if she’d be back for her dance recital next week. Robin told Emma that she’d be gone longer than that. Emma replied that she was so sad when Robin was gone and asked how she could she leave her again? Robin told Emma that she knew she was asking a lot, would never leave unless it was necessary. Robin then asked Emma to be brave and strong but Emma shot back that she didn’t want to be strong and ran to her room. Patrick went after her as Mac told Robin that it seemed like she was running away, but that he was on her side no matter what, even if he didn’t understand it. She promised she would see him again then went to talk to Emma.

Rafe Jr. and Kiki went to The Metro Court and ran into Michael. Meanwhile, Olivia gave TJ and Molly keys to the best room available and urged them again to be safe. Later, Rafe Jr. caught them kissing by the elevator.
