On Monday, Feb. 3 Chris Brown was spared jail time on the condition that he was to stay in rehab due to an assault arrest he received last year.
The day before, it was said that the 24-year-old R&B singer stopped by fellow singer, Trey Songz’ Super Bowl party after having a meeting with his attorney.
Despite facing assault charges over an altercation in Washington D.C. Brown had in October, he was permitted to leave rehab to meet his attorney, Mark Geragos.
According to TMZ Brown stopped by because he was under the assumption that the party was for charity.
Sources told TMZ that the singer only stayed for about 10 minutes, he did not drink and throughout his appearance, Brown was accompanied by a rehab employee.
According to Media Takeout Trey Songz had tweeted a video that had Chris Brown in the back and had posted a picture on Instagram.
They have apparently been deleted, but there can still be found on other online sources.
Brown is still on probation from the altercation he shared with fellow singer Rihanna in 2009 and is said to be finished with his 90-day rehabilitation visit on Feb. 19.
