The actor Charlie Sheen is engaged to girlfriend Brett Rossi as of Sat. in Hawaii.
According to E!, Rossi said, "I was not expecting it at all. We had a beautiful Valentine's day and he proposed to me early this morning after we watched the sun rise. This is the happiest moment of both our lives. He's my best friend and my soulmate."
The couple went to Hawaii for Valentine’s Day Weekend. Rossi, 24, and Sheen, 48, have been a public couple since November.

that maiden Klay-Vinn was annulled. Therefore, if "three" truly is a charm;

Sheen has been divorced three times before. His first wife was Donna Peele, second wife was Denise Richards, and third wife was Brooke Mueller.
