People seem to be handling the news of Justin Bieber’s arrest on many different levels. Beliebers are either supportive or disappointed, as well as many other celebrities who have been sharing their own opinions. Seth Rogen’s tweet, among many others celebrities, seem to be getting a lot of notice.
Seth Rogen’s tweet earlier today was definitely one of the more noticed ones because he said, “All jokes aside, Justin Bieber is a piece of s**t.” More than 70,000 users shared his tweet within four hours. Other celebrities may have been thinking the same, but nobody seemed to have said it quite like Rogen.
Us Weekly reported a list of the celebrity tweets about Bieber’s arrest and some are said much better than others. Ellen DeGeneres, who always seems to know exactly what to say while also looking out for others, tweeted “It’s hard to hear all this news about @JustinBieber. I hope he makes his way to adulthood without him or anyone else getting hurt.”
Some stars decided to take the humorous and judgmental approach, like Mario Lopez, who tweeted “Justin Bieber mug shot…He must be high…He thought he was at a Teen Beat photo shoot.” Jared Padalecki also took this approach by tweeting, “Just saw the mug shot of @justinbieber. I gotta admit, she’s kinda hot without all of her usual makeup on…” And Lena Dunham, whose tweet seems to be one of the more popular one’s being talked about, wrote “The only crazy part of Justin Bieber arrest is that he was ‘popping anti-depressants all day.’ Anti-depressants take like 3 months to work.”
Celebrities seem to be enjoying Bieber’s arrest on Twitter, but some still remain beliebers. Lady Gaga posted on her website littlemonsters.com “Hey monsters. I know everyone today is talking about Justin’s arrest and all sorts of words and judgments are happening on the Internet. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and to stand up for themselves, but I think we should be supportive of beliebers.”
