New photos from Michael Bay's ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ leak

Leaked pictures of finalized character marquettes from the highly anticipated ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles’ reboot could be found making their way onto the internet Tuesday night and early Wednesday morning.
The photos gave fans a glimpse at the finalized versions of the crime fighting heroes, including a close up of the group’s leader Leonardo, and the villain Shredder. Included in one of the photos was a still of producer Michael Bay (“Transformers”), who alongside director Jonathon Liebesman (“Battle Los Angeles”) are set with a summer 2014 release. According to Examiner.com, the images have created mixed reviews among die-hard fans who remain skeptical, especially since the plot of the story remains elusive.
“It is unclear if this is what the final version of the two characters will look like in the film, especially since producers have done a very good job at keeping the production under wraps.”
The photos were originally published on ComicBookMovie.com, which were then taken down at Paramount’s request. They went on to publish promo art of the turtles from a recent toy expo. Needless to say, the anticipation will rise as the August 8 release date draws ever nearer.
