MAISON CAMUS Coffee is made from the top 5% of all 100% High Grade Arabian beans. CAMUS Coffee supports fair trade practices and they grow their beans at high altitude without the use of any herbicides, pesticides or fungicides.

Because CAMUS Coffee is grown at high altitude in South and Central America, it is harvested manually by small scale farmers paid fair wages. Afterwards, the coffee is blended and roasted by hand. The entire process is carefully watched over by the Roast Master to ensure the highest quality coffee possible.

Ingredients

28ml / 1oz Camus Cognac VSOP Elegance
28ml / 1oz Maison Camus Coffee French Roast
28ml / 1oz Sugar Syrup
42ml / 1.5oz Light Cream

Method

1. Brew the French Roast as an Espresso drink and let it cool.
2. Pour all ingredients with a few ice cubes into a shaker and shake well.
3. Fill a chilled Martini glass with a strainer.
4. Garnish with 3 Maison Camus Coffee beans
