'American Horror Story' confirmed for at least two more seasons

Fans of the hit series, American Horror Story are now going to have to wait for more scares because last night’s episode of American Horror Story: Coven was the finale of season three. Season three was a hit or miss for some people as some complained that it wasn’t scary enough or that it couldn’t live up to the epic season two of the series, American Horror Story: Asylum. Whatever the feeling was among viewers, it is official that the popular show will for sure be returning for another two seasons.
Extreme fans of the show have been guessing and what season four will bring when it comes to a theme and characters. Some have even gone on to assume that it will be a circus theme and have made fan-made posters and ads for that idea. Creator of the show, Ryan Murphy, stated in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, “I saw those posters. I don’t know where people came up with that idea. Sometimes I think its people wanting us to do topics and doing fan posters. No one has completely guessed what it is.”
What Murphy has confirmed though, is that popular actresses from the show Jessica Lange and Sarah Paulson will return for season four. According to The Huffington Post season four will take place in the 1950s and will feature similar acting styles from season three when it comes to its comedic elements, however it was also sadly revealed that Lange’s last season on the show will be season four.
As for the future season five, Murphy hasn’t released much information about it other than that it will be extremely different then the previous seasons.
So although season three has come to an end, many will not have to worry because American Horror Story will continue for season’s to come.
