Amanda Bynes checks into fitness retreat

Seeking a new healthy lifestyle, Amanda Bynes, 27, checked into Miracles Fitness Retreat on Jan. 4.

Miracles Fitness Retreat, located in Sany, Utah, owner Austan Torson told Life & Style Magazine that Bynes had contacted him to participate the in a week-long boot camp.

“She contacted us and said she wanted to lose 5 pounds and tone up,” Torson said. “She stayed in a private guest suite and had a trainer, fitness classes and a nutritional advisor. A chef prepared three gourmet meals every day.”

According to E!, Bynes’ parents dropped her off. She was described as every involved with every aspect of the program and was able to make new friends.

“She participated in everything we did,” Torson told E! “She was always up in the morning even though she was tired.”

At $3,250 a week, the participants were able to spend their days waking up at 6:30a.m. and having a series of healthy meals, 90-minute workouts and lectures that discussed topics such as body image, eating disorders and any other topics that concern the participants.

It looks like Bynes is one step closer to achieving a healthier life.
