2014 TV Winter Premiere Dates

After a break that seems like forever, television shows are finally coming back. There are new shows being introduced and popular shows returning after their holiday break.

Some of the shows will be returning in January while others will be returning in March. From CBS to TBS, there is something for someone coming back to watch. It is interesting that the schedule is different than usual. Rather than having shows return early winter and end in late spring, the shows will return in late winter and continue into the early summer.

Winter premieres of shows means one thing- it wasn’t cancelled. Some of the shows that were not successful in the fall do not get to return in the winter. The shows on the list were popular enough to come back. There are shows that have been on for years and others that are in their first season.

The big networks (ABC, NBC, CBS and FOX) aren’t the only ones with great shows returning. Cable channels and other small networks have equally popular shows returning. However, this list does not include returning shows on any television network marketed toward children.

Read through the list and see when your favorite shows are returning.

The Voice, which crowned a champion on Dec. 17, will return with judges Shakira, Usher, Blake Shelton and Adam Levine. The auditions with the show began in October.
