Justin Bieber decided to do some spray-painting on a wall in Bogota, Columbia in support of buddy Chris Brown. The graffiti carried the slogan "Free Breezy," and yet, there isn't much freeing to be done. Brown voluntarily checked himself into a Malibu rehab facility for anger management on October, 29 after he got into a physical altercation with a man in Washington D.C. last weekend.

The legality of Bieber's action isn't as clear cut as you might expect. Graffiti isn't really considered vandalism in parts of South America. According to E! News, an article in Columbian publication
According to Time, Bieber has picked up a new "bad boy" hobby which the pop-star refers to as "street art." Bieber has been documenting his graffiti adventures on Instagram. You can see he's no Banksy.
He's not coming home just yet. His international tour goes through December. His next show will be at the Anhembi Stadium in San Paulo, Brazil.
