Demi Lovato premiered her new video “Neon Lights” over her critically acclaimed album Demi. A step past her Disney roots, showing a lot more skin, but only suggestive, thankfully not going the way of her good friend Miley Cyrus.

iered her “Neon Lights” video on Vevo, her second single off her album Demi. Beginning with her silhouette rising in a body of water, switching back and forth between the seemingly naked, or at least topless, Demi in the water to a glowing Demi singing surrounded by dancers in a black-lit room, with, of course, neon lights. Even with a shameless plug for the new Samsung SmartWatch, the blue-haired songstress looks to be partying the night away.
Pretty much a straightforward rave-inspired dance-video, the song “Neon Lights”, which also serves as the name for her upcoming tour, is a fun non-stop party with infectious beats driven by synth heavy melody, really let’s Demi’s always outstanding voice cut through.
If judging on X Factor and guest starring on this season’s Glee were not enough, Ms. Lovato announced her headlining North American Neon Lights tour on Billboard with opening acts Little Mix, X Factor U.K. alum Cher Lloyd and X Factor U.S, group Fifth Harmony.
