Patrick shared a glass of wine with Sabrina at home. She admitted her friend from Puerto Rico found her there. Patrick asked if he was her ex-boyfriend from Puerto Rico. Sabrina confirms that he was but there was more to it since Carlos told her that he wanted her back. Patrick wanted all the details of what Carlos said and did but Sabrina thought that it didn’t matter. She then told Patrick that Carlos kissed her. Patrick wondered if he'd need to fight a duel but Sabrina told him that she and Carlos had been over for a long time despite her remembering Carlos' promise to not give up on winning her back. She then took Patrick to bed to prove that he had no reason to be jealous.
At the pier, Carlos accepted Derek's compliment on a job well done on the explosion and Carlos called himself an “artist.”
Anna brought Duke lunch at Crimson and she was interested in knowing more about Derek Wells. Duke told her that Derek seemed to be scrupulously legitimate. She then got called away about the explosion on the pier and passed Derek and Carlos as they arrived. Carlos joked, "Where's the fire?" after she left. Derek brought him into the office and introduced Carlos as his Operations Manager and Duke as his new Chief of Staff. Derek then said that he had things to finish up and encouraged Carlos to get to know Duke. Once alone, Derek texted Ava, 'mission accomplished'. He then complimented Duke on his “beautiful woman” (Anna,) who Duke said would be waiting for him. Duke then asked if Carlos if he had someone. Carlos admitted letting his woman get away. Later, Carlos told Derek that he thought that he was playing a dangerous game by hiring Duke. Derek replied that he wasn’t worried about Duke or Anna finding out his real identity.
At The Metro Court, Michael turned to Morgan as Carly watched. Tears ran down Kiki's face as she listened to Sonny explain that Morgan knew that she and Michael weren’t cousins before Connie’s story ran. Michael then yelled at Morgan, "You lying son of a bitch." Kiki wondered if that was why Morgan rushed her to the courthouse to get married. Morgan still claimed that Sonny was confused and begged him to tell everyone he was just drunk. Sonny tried to make Morgan understand that he was telling the truth for Connie. Kiki then pulled Morgan to her and told him that she needed to hear from him if he knew she wasn't Michael's cousin before the story. He finally admitted that he did and screamed at Sonny how he could do this. Sonny said that he wanted Morgan to know real love like he did with Connie, but Morgan thought this was about Sonny looking out for his favorite son, Michael. Carly, Olivia and Michael tried to hold Sonny back after Morgan joked that he thought Connie was the only one with a split personality. Then, Sonny left and Michael questioned where the brother was that he used to know. Kiki then said if Morgan loved her, he would have told her the truth. Then, Morgan reminded her that they were making a go of it and that he didn’t want it to end. She replied that she was sorry, but she didn’t want to be married to him anymore because what Sonny said was right. Morgan blamed Michael but she blamed Morgan. Morgan then congratulated Michael for getting exactly what he wanted.
Meanwhile, Silas caught Sam in the lobby. He denied kissing Ava and laughed at her joke that he was taking her DNA sample. Silas wondered what changed her mind into coming. Sam then admitted it was Patrick. She then added that Patrick told her Jason would have wanted her to be happy as much as Robin wanted him to be happy. Silas then confessed that Ava kissed him after wanting to rekindle things but he told Sam that he told Ava that he wasn’t interested and invited Sam back upstairs with him. Ava joined them after eavesdropping and thought Sam should know something about Silas first. Silas told Ava to go away, but Ava warned Sam that he has dark secrets that could hurt her. Sam wondered why Ava would want him back then. Silas then decided that Ava should tell Sam what she needed to know but Ava decided that Sam would have to find out on her own. After they left, Ava cried and smashed a vase to the floor.
Back at the pier, an officer brought Shawn over to Anna. He handed Anna the ship manifest and explained what he saw happen. She speculated that someone was sending Sonny a message and wondered if he knew who it might have been. Shawn admitted to hearing about a dead guy…Julian Jerome., but unfortunately, he couldn’t find the guy that gave him the name to get more info. Later, Duke met Anna and wasn’t surprised the explosion was intentional.
At Sonny's, Carly thought Olivia could go because she’s handled Sonny in this state before. Sonny wanted to continue the party and made a toast, "To the truth, for it will set you free." Maxie grabbed a baseball bat and hit Spinelli on the head when he snuck into the apartment. She told him that he didn't have to sneak in since Ellie was working late. Spinelli replied that he wasn't trying to avoid Ellie, he was trying avoiding her and now he had to watch Dante and Lulu raise his child. He added that the pain was constant. Maxie replied that she hurt too and hated that she hurt him. He didn’t believe her but she reminded him about all the family that had left her behind. Then, he asked, "What about Lulu?" She replied that they were both her best friends and she had to choose one of them over the other. She added that she couldn't tell Lulu that she lost the baby that night and then there was no turning back. Maxie finished by saying that she will be sorry for the rest of her life. Spinelli then said that he hated what she did, but he doesn't hate her.
Outside Danny's room, Silas reminded Sam that they were supposed to have dinner together and presented takeout from The Floating Rib for a picnic. Sam was interested in knowing more about Silas and wondered if there was something in his past that could hurt her. Silas pointed out that Ava's earlier comments were her lashing out after he disappointed her and there was nothing to what she said. Then, Danny woke up and Sam went to him.
Ava was having a drink in her room at The Metro Court pining over Silas when Morgan arrived. He told her that his marriage was over and that he had nowhere to go. She thought he should be with his wife but Morgan joined her for a drink instead, believing Kiki wanted Michael now. He then told her that he didn't create this problem and was angry because he’d lost everything because of one lie. He added that his whole family were a bunch of hypocrites, especially Sonny. Ava wanted him to give Sonny a chance to explain, but Morgan told Ava that Sonny’s behavior proved his love for Michael even though Michael isn’t even his biological child. “Michael's first, Michael's best, and he deserves Kiki,” Morgan told Ava. Then, he decided that Sonny was dead to him. Ava admitted that he had every right to be mad at Sonny but that Sonny loves him and he shouldn't write him off. Morgan still said that he’d been double-crossed and now Michael with his wife “doing who knows what.” Ava then mentioned that the same thing was happening between her and Silas. She then put her hand on Morgan's knee and said, "You're not alone." Morgan was happy that Ava understood and told her how she'd always been on his side. He then added that he had nobody, and neither did she. Then, Morgan kissed Ava. She slapped him wondering what he was doing. He replied that he didn’t know or care and kissed her again and this time she didn’t pull away as they undressed each other.
Meanwhile, in The Metro Court restaurant, Kiki was certain Morgan wasn’t in the mood to talk after Michael left him a message to call him. Michael tried to figure out why Sonny told the truth now. Kiki said she thought she understood what Sonny did and admitted that they all lied. She then said that the truth was that she loved Michael more. He replied that he knew exactly what she meant because he loved her too and now there was nothing standing in their way, but Kiki disagreed. She told that they weren’t free and she didn’t see how they could be together. Michael believed there were ways to fix this but Kiki didn’t want to come between him and his brother. Michael replied that he refused to lose either of them. She warned him that he was risking a lot. He admitted that there would be obstacles but he wanted a chance. Kiki quickly said yes and kissed him. Then, they wondered how they would do this, but said that they didn’t have to decide now and that tonight was just for them.
At home, Sonny wasn’t in the mood to listen to Carly. She told him that she knew why he was out of control and was angry for him lashing out and hurting their sons in a room full of people. Sonny wanted Carly to get out of his face unless she was ready to thank him for doing what she wanted…breaking up Kiki and Morgan. Carly reminded him that she wanted him to fix things week ago, not now, and not the way he did. She then said that she knew that he did this because he was off his lithium pills. He insisted that it wasn’t about the pills, that chaos was a part of his life and he wanted to find the darkness. Carly screamed back, "It is about the pills…don't you want to be in control?" He replied that he didn’t and the lithium would make it too easy for him to live without Connie. He added that he wanted the pain. Carly replied that she didn’t think Connie would want this for him, that it would a disservice to her memory and to his family. Then, he took the lithium pills.
At their apartment, Dante hoped Connie's christening would keep Olivia's mind off of everything, but thought otherwise when he saw the newspaper headline – “Trouble Percolates For Corinthos & Co'.” Olivia brought Connie's christening dress over and advised Dante not to bother Sonny with the news because he had enough to worry about after Morgan's wedding party. She then said that Sonny was back on his meds and didn’t need to know someone was gunning for him. Olivia then said that she was sorry that Luke couldn’t be there but was thankful that at least Connie’s G-dparents would be. She then got upset when Dante told her that he and Lulu hadn’t picked out Connie’s G-dparents yet.
Derek read the newspaper at Kelly's and was pleased at the results of Carlos' work at the pier. He then called Carlos and they both gloated at their success but wondered if Sonny got the message. Then, Alexis approaches Derek, remarking, "Someone's proud of their handiwork." She then clarified saying that she wondered if he liked being the town crier for others' bad news. He replied that he thought she liked to play down and dirty like the rest of them given her past with Corinthos. She warned him to proceed with caution. Then, Shawn served them and Derek offered his condolences for what happened at the docks. Shawn was confused as Derek apologized for his choice of words and explained that he knew Shawn's history from Alexis. Alexis then chased Shawn into the kitchen and told him she was sorry that she shared her personal life with Derek during a vulnerable time at the hospital while worrying about Danny. While alone, Shawn he thought he knew who was responsible for the explosion…a dead guy named Julian Jerome.
At GH, Carlos got off the phone with Derek and overheard Patrick wanting Sabrina to tell him not to worry about her ex-boyfriend. She told him that he shouldn't be because Carlos was the same as he was when she left him and he probably had already left Port Charles. Later, she found Carlos waiting in an exam room. He promised that he wasn’t there to get her back and that he needed treatment. She wanted a doctor to look at it, but he said he wanted her to. Patrick walked in as a shirtless Carlos moved in for a kiss.
At The Metro Court, Franco tossed Heather's painting aside and remembered how she ruined things for him with Carly. Meanwhile, Diane passed Carly in the hall looking for Franco's room. Carly gave her directions and mentioned that it was time for her client to pay his bill. Diane complimented him on his physique when she found him before breaking the news that he was being sued and his assets were frozen. He replied that he didn’t know how he was going to live so Diane suggested he sell Heather's striped painting. He admitted it wasn’t his and she encouraged him to create more of his own art. He agreed to do so…if she gave him $7,200 for supplies.
Michael and Kiki woke up in the restaurant when the janitor showed up, commenting that newlyweds spend their night in the honeymoon suite. Kiki replied, "He's not my husband." Once alone, they couldn’t believe what Sonny did. Michael then said that he was glad it was over but worried Kiki was having regrets. She said she wasn’t, but she was worried about Morgan and realized she has no place to live. Michael invited her to move in with him but she was hesitant and wondered what would people would think Then, they agreed that they had to do this right and Kiki said she would go to her mom's first. He worried Ava might take advantage of her again. Kiki replied that she wouldn’t let that happen, but Ava didn’t answer her phone when Kiki called. Michael offered to get her a key to Ava's room and said he would help her get her stuff at Sonny's.
Morgan and Ava woke up in bed, in her room and both accepted that they had sex. She wondered what Carly would think if she found him there when there was a knock on the door and Carly called out. Ava begged Morgan to get dressed but he refused to hide from his mother. Carly wasn’t not afraid to use her master key and came in after Morgan hid. Carly then blamed Ava for Sonny's troubles and getting him off of his lithium saying that was the reason Sonny broke Morgan's heart and ruined the wedding party. Ava then announced Morgan and Kiki’s marriage was over. Carly inquired how when there was a bang from the other room. Ava said it was nothing but Carly thought she knew who it was…Franco. She wanted him to have the guts to face her but was floored when Morgan came out instead. Carly grasped at straws hoping it was the same as when she found Michael with Brenda, but Morgan told her that it wasn’t, so she attacked Ava for being a predator. Morgan stopped Carly and confessed that he wanted to sleep with Ava and refused to leave. Carly then promises that he'd have a front row seat when Ava was thrown out. Once they were alone, Morgan offered to stick by Ava as he undressed her. A short while later, Michael and Kiki walked in as Morgan and Ava started having sex again. In the hall, Carly bumped into Franco while she was on the phone with hotel security.
At GH, Patrick found Sabrina alone with Carlos, who explains that he was a little more than a patient. Patrick got impatient with the small talk and asked Carlos to cut the crap because he knew he was there to get Sabrina back. Carlos then said that his life hasn't been the same since he lost her and he did what her back. Patrick saw that as a problem since she's with him. Carlos then asked why Patrick was still wearing his wedding ring and said that Sabrina deserved better than to be a glorified babysitter with benefits. Patrick attacked him but Sabrina calmed him down and told Carlos that he was wrong and that he needed to put his shirt on and leave. Carlo replied that he called it like he saw it, that he was the one who wanted a future with her…and that Patrick was just living in his past. Once they were alone, Sabrina apologized and Patrick hoped she didn’t believe what Carlos said. She said that she didn’t, but looked thoughtfully at his wedding ring.

Lulu thought Maxie should take her own and hoped she will be Connie's G-dmother. Maxie wanted her to be sure. Lulu replied that she and Dante would be so happy if she was part of Connie's life, but if it was too hard she could just tell them. Maxie replied that she was happy they wanted her and accepted the honor. Then, they hugged.
Spinelli wasn’t quick enough to duck into Kelly's when he saw Dante with Connie. Dante joked that his daughter would think Spinelli was avoiding her. Kiki wanted to know what was going on when she and Michael find Morgan and Ava having sex in her room. “It's what it looks like. I’m hitting the sheets with her mom,” replied Morgan. Michael stood idly by as Kiki begged Morgan not to do this. He admitted that he already did and bragged about it. He then said that believed she and Michael were up all night doing it themselves. Michael set him straight telling him that they were up all night worried about him. Ava wanted to talk but Kiki had nothing to say. She slapped Ava hard across the face, and then called her the worst mother on the planet. Kiki added that she used to think she had the coolest and all her friends were jealous, but she wasn’t so cool now, “She's a liar, a user, and a slut,” Kiki told Ava. Kiki then said that everything Ava had done wasn't enough and she had to sleep with her husband. Morgan thought Kiki had lost every right to complain about that when she left him for Michael. He added that he was tired of being lectured and wanted them to go. He then said that he’s decided to stick by Ava as she stuck by him. Michael got Kiki's things as Kiki was ready to leave and told Morgan that she done with them. Ava didn’t want to be written off but Kiki blamed her for everything and said goodbye.

They went to his room and Carly wondered how watching him paint would help her feel better. Franco invited her to slaughter the canvas to get back at Ava. Carly didn’t want to and then dumped red paint all over Franco and screamed at him that it was his fault because Ava was only in town because of him. Then, she started to paint while she complained about Ava. She then turned around and saw Franco, shirtless. Carly confided that she was really angry because he had a woman in his room and she thought he was hiding in Ava's room. He replied that the woman in his room meant nothing to him, but Carly did. Then, he kissed her. She said she couldn’t and pulled away but he thought it would be a mistake for her to leave, but she did. He smiled at her painting while outside, Carly cried.

Felix admitted that they did but didn’t know if Brad could ever do the right thing. Then, Ellie came in and apologized for running late because she saw Connie before the christening. The news gave Brad pause and he left her the box of chocolates and rushed out. When Felix returned he was surprised she was eating the chocolates and learned that Brad had left to do the right thing.
Tracy stopped by Lulu and Dante’s with gifts and was disturbed that Dante was out procuring Spinelli as G-dfather. She then promised Lulu that Luke would be home post haste but Lulu confessed to knowing that Luke was dying. Tracy apologized for lying and Lulu worried that he wouldn’t come home. Tracy didn’t think Luke would let Helena have the last laugh and that may be a jerk leaving them hanging but Lulu wanted him to be her daughter's jerk too. She then added that she had no one with her father missing and her mother out of town. Tracy then reminded Lulu that she had her. Then, Dante came in with Connie and Tracy was surprised that she couldn’t see Luke in Connie's face.

Inside he shot a guard and called for Jerry Jacks, but Helena Cassadine walked in instead asking Luke if he thought Jerry Jack could fill her shoes. He thought he was hallucinating since he’d killed that “bitch.” She agreed and asked him, “If I'm dead, what does that make you?” She then promised that he'd be dead soon enough unless he bargained with her. She said that he needed to die or to keep from dying by being her slave and that she wouldn’t take no for an answer. He collapsed yelling that he wasn’t going to join her. Then, he looked up as someone approached and said, "You?"
Maxie thanked G-d at church for not smiting her and wanted the strength to let her daughter go. She didn’t realize Olivia was listening in. Olivia said that she didn’t expect an explanation because she’d heard that Maxie was having a hard time. Olivia then said that things would be okay as long as Maxie didn’t stab Lulu in the back like in her vision. Then, Olivia got distracted trying to figure out what kind of dog she used to see in her other vision. Maxie whispered jackal and excused herself when Tracy arrived. All of a sudden, Olivia screamed and pointed to the front of the church where she saw Luke in a casket. Tracy couldn’t see anything and Olivia tried to tell Tracy she didn’t want to know who was in the casket but admitted it was Luke. Tracy made Olivia take a pulse and then Luke's eyes open. Olivia listened closely and said "Luke needs Spanx."
Outside, Maxie bumped into Spinelli. They were both surprised they were going to be Connie's G-dparents. As guests arrived, Tracy explained to Lulu that she'd be leaving for business after the ceremony. Later, Brad came in during the christening.
