Things must be pretty serious for Britney Spears and David Lucado – Lucado took his sweetheart back to his hometown of Appomattox, Virginia to meet his family.
Lucado’s aunt spoke to celebuzz about the visit. She said that is was Lucado’s 93-year-old grandmother who insisted on meeting Spears.
“They came here to relax and get away from everything for a few days,” the aunt said. “We have a farm and they stayed there. [The family] really enjoyed having her here.”
The couple spend their time in Virginia hanging out with the family and playing golf at Ivy Hill Golf Course, according to E News. Spears and Lucado drove around in a golf cart together having a great time. Lucado’s beau looked casual with her hair pulled up, aviator sunglasses, and a black outfit.
Spears and Lucado have been dating for about six months, since the beginning of 2013. According to idesigntimes, Lucado is a Southern gentleman to Spears, opening doors for her, and, of course, bringing her home to meet Mom.
