Orlando Bloom is renting out his house in Hollywood Hills for a whopping $16,500 per month.
The lucky renter will have access to the 3,248 square-feet pad complete with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a pool, swim machine, spa, patio, outdoor dining area, and garden. The home is secured with gates and a state-of-the-art security system, according to Yahoo! Omg!.
Despite, or maybe before, the security system was installed, Bloom’s was one of the houses targeted by a gang of fortune-seeking teens dubbed “the bling ring.” A film based on the robberies, and starring Emma Watson, was released this June, according to IMDb.
The Bling Ring film offered Bloom a cameo in the movie, but Bloom turned it down, saying, “It was too close to home for me to want to be involved,” according to Just Jared.
The 36-year-old actor purchased the house in 2007 for $2.75 million, and put it on the market for renters in 2011.
