Kourtney Kardashian has provided DNA proof that longtime boyfriend Scott Disick is in fact 3-year-old Mason’s father.
Male model Michael Girgenti filed a paternity lawsuit claiming that he fathered Mason following a one night stand in 2009 with the Kourtney and Kim Take Miami reality star.
According to TMZ , Kardashian released the results of the paternity test which state that is 99.99% probable that Disick is Mason’s father.
The document reads, “The alleged father, SCOTT DISrCK, cannot be excluded as the biological father of the child, MASON DlSICK, since they share genetic markers. Using the above systems, the probability of paternity is 99.99%, as compared to an untested, unrelated man of the Caucasian population.”
Girgenti first made the claims in May where he demanded a paternity test on that grounds that Mason “deserves to know” who his “real father is.”
Girgenti has not commented since the results have been published.
