Anna Benson of 'Baseball Wives' arrested for pulling gun on husband Kris Benson

Anna Benson was arrested this morning in Georgia after allegedly breaking into her husband, Kris Benson’s, apartment wielding a gun and a metal baton.

Anna and ex-Mets pitcher Kris have been going through a divorce for the past year. Last night, after being ordered by the court to move out of their home, Anna, wearing a bullet-proof vest, busted into Kris’s apartment, threatened to kill him, and demanded money. Kris told her he would leave and get the money, but called the police instead, according to TMZ Sports.
“Kris was my whole life,” Anna had told Fox in July 2012 at the start of their divorce. “And he left me for someone else and he just abandoned us. I’m scared and I just don’t know… how I’m going to take care of these kids.”
Anna, 37 years old, is a former FHM model, Atlanta stripper, and Penthouse feature, according to the NYDailyTimes. Her role on the VH1 television series Baseball Wives has showcased her wild behavior, including threatening to sleep with all of the Mets if Kris ever cheated on her.
Anna is currently being held in custody with charges of aggravated assault, criminal trespass, and possession of a firearm.
