Royal Watch: Joan Smith dedicates chapter to Duchess

The poor Duchess of Cambridge can’t seem to catch a break, even while under the pressure of carrying a future heir to the throne. Apparently in the eyes of some, especially author Joan Smith, that’s all that she has done.

The newest negative news comes from Joan Smith’s new book where Smith dedicates a whole chapter to the pregnant Duchess.

Joan Smith is a reclaimed feminist author, whose most recent book is ‘The Public Woman’ which includes the chapter on the Duchess.

The chapter of her book called the Duchess out of doing nothing while her time married to the prince, other than being his wife and mother of his unborn child. Smith claims in the chapter that there is nothing special about Middleton and that she has yet to come up with her own identity away from being the wife of Prince William according to Mail Online.

Middleton has been branded a Wag by Smith who believes that while Middleton may have a prestigious title, she has never appeared on the top of the list of the leading contenders in the country, according to Huffington Post.

There has been no word from the Duchess over the remarks made from Smith’s book.
